Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, to P.O. boxes, or to U.S. territories at this time.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes during peak seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@cuvela.us. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot make changes once the order has been dispatched.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors or household members.
- Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
