At Cuvela, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review the details of our return and refund policy below.
30-DAY RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for a return or refund.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, contact us at support@cuvela.us with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cuvela.us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@cuvela.us.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@cuvela.us. We process orders within 1–2 business days, so we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may return it under our standard return policy.
